"kid’s show"

I hate it when people say something isn’t a kid show just because it has some deep stuff in it. Believe it or not, kids aren’t dumbasses. They can understand concepts like this, and it’s important for shows aimed at them to teach them these things instead of just mindless garbage. Being deep doesn’t change it from being a kids show, it’s not wasting itself on kids for that reason. It’s teaching them, and that’s wonderful.

I actually want to do my homework and I gotta go to work ugh

How to be Out in Night Vale ♥ Because everyone knows what you mean.

I will so want some of those pumpkin spice cupcakes! And ill let my mom know she may wanna buy some too!

yay! If you look on FB my mom and I both posted about them. It’s like any donation over $10 gets a pack of 6 cupcakes or something~

that feeling when you listen to a song with good heaphones for the first time and suddenly you notice 7 new instruments, a child singing harmonies in the background, and you’re just sitting there wide eyed and in love with the song all over again

Pedal the Cause - Want to donate?

A few short years ago, my family & friends came together to support us when my dad had surgery & 6 weeks of radiation therapy to cure his cancer. We can never thank them all enough! When he was diagnosed, we “shopped around” for the top Surgeon & Radiation Oncologist. The Oncologist, Dr. Thorstad, happened to be a part of Siteman Cancer Center. Dr. Thorstad’s knowledge, superior treatment plan AND the advanced technology Siteman has available not only cured my dad, but did it withOUT the horrible, lifelong, debilitating side effects that other facilities had to offer! I’m sure his aggressive nutrition therapy helped a little too! (aka my mom being a health nut)

Anyway, we are beyond ecstatic to be able to do our part to help end cancer this September! My parents, my brother, and I have joined Pedal the Cause and we will be biking the 15 mile course! We have committed to raising/donating $1200 between the 4 of us. We know that 100% of donations accelerate lifesaving cancer research AND that 100% of donations stay right here in ST. LOUIS by going directly to Siteman Cancer Center & Children’s Hospital!

We’d love it if you were able to make a small donation. We’ll spin a little extra joy along our course just for YOU! Even $1 makes a difference…no donation is too small! THANK YOU!

At the moment we have $160 and my mom is planning on having a bake sale, so if you want to wait and spend money on some of her delicious cupcakes (those who live in my area that is) just tell me and I’ll put in your order. I think she’s making pumpkin spice for the fall!

If you can’t donate a reblog is the next best thing! Thanks again!
